Following a difficult and traumatic birth experience with my first child, I was drawn to learn Maya Abdominal Therapy with Rosita Arvigo so that I could facilitate both my healing and the healing of others in my community. Once I discovered the magic that exists within our organ systems, and the incredible paths to healing that exist there, I decided to dive even deeper and trained in Visceral Manipulation with the Barral Institute.
